I am going to share with you a secret diet that I discovered that helped me lose almost 6kg and changed the way I eat.
I am not implying that you will get a 6 pack in 2 days by just drinking your food, but this Smoothie Detox Diet will help you with the diet part of getting a 6 pack.
In this article I will present you my experience with The 12 Days Smoothie Slim Detox, and Ohhhh man..... It's a fruitful one(Pun intended).
So, what am I talking about? - Preview
The 12 Days Smoothie Slim Detox is a diet, if I can call it that, where you replace all your casual meals with smoothies in order to cleanse your body from inside out.
The E-Book gives you all you need:
1. The Recipes: The best part are the recipes, carefully prepared for a nutrient-rich smoothie and rich and pleasent taste.
2. Instructions for Making Every Smoothie.
3. Snacks/Optional Meals.
4. Exercises/Activities to do during the detox.
5. Images(Infographics, Pictures of every smoothie and its benefits, etc)
and many more!

My Story with This Detox - The 12 Days
Before starting
I was scrolling thru my Instagram Feed, when I saw this add. I clicked on it and it brought me to their official page.
After I read a bit about this, I was so exited to start the Detox that I bought the E-Book instantly.
I read the E-Book and prepared all the food that i had to blend the next day
The 12 Days
The First Day
I started the day early so I could prepare my Smoothie before going to work. Blended everything I was told and when i had to taste it...... Oh man was it good
And the best part?!........
It took less then 10 minutes to prepare my food for the day. Just had to store some of the Smoothie in a bottle and I was ready to go.
Later in the day, after drinking all the Smoothie(it was about 2 liters) I took a snack that was recommended in the E-Book and that was enough for the day.
1st Day Smoothie Taste: 7.5

The Second Day
I woke up feeling very energetic, but a bit hungry from yesterday. Got the Smoothie done in less then 10 minutes and continued with my day.
Midday, I felt a weird feeling in my stomach. It wasn't pain nor discomfort. It was more my stomach getting used to the liquid food.
2nd Day Smoothie Taste: 8.5
The Third Day
I started the morning preparing the Smoothie which took more time that day, around 15 to 20 minutes.
Thru the day I felt like I could eat a whole chocolate, but I knew that temptation is normal so i continued the day ignoring my urge
3rd Day Smoothie Taste: 7
The Forth Day
This was definitely the hardest day for me. I was craving for any kind of sugar, but I knew things will only get better from this day
And guess what.....?
I was totally right
The Rest Of The Days

After Day 4 everything went incredibly well. My body adapted with the new diet and nothing out of the ordinary happened.
The last days were the sweetest as I felt like everything got better during this Detox, it felt like my body was working better.
The Smoothie Taste for The Rest of The Days: 6.5 - 9( I liked the 6th Day Smoothie the most)
The Twelfth Day
Why did i choose to include this day?
Mainly because it was the last day of something that after all this time I stopped calling diet and started calling lifestyle. It didn't feel like i had to force myself not to eat stuff, I just enjoyed every part of the day.
So......what were the results?
During the 12 Days I lost almost 6 kg.
Somehow my taste buds were way better after. Everything I tasted was way better and it felt like I was more physically fit to do everything
Why to choose this diet over any kind of smoothie or juice diet?

I am refering to the protein intake you get from every Smoothie, being pretty low
